Which size should I choose?
Choose 350ml for smaller dogs and quick walks, or 550ml for larger dogs, longer outings and warm days. If you are unsure, 550ml covers more situations.
What are the product specifications?
350ml: 22cm high x 7.3cm wide; approximately 137g empty. 550ml: 26.6cm high x 7.8cm wide; approximately 153g empty. The 550ml size includes approximately 180ml of dry-treat storage. Both sizes include the bottle, built-in drinking bowl, separate treat compartment and wrist strap.
Will the treats stay dry?
Yes. Dry treats or kibble sit in a separate compartment from the water chamber. Close both compartments fully before travel.
Can I use it with one hand?
Yes. Press the button to release water into the built-in bowl while your other hand stays on the leash.
Will it leak in my bag or car?
The twist lock and silicone seal are designed to keep water contained between drinks. Lock it fully after each use and it stays reliably dry in your bag, backpack or car door pocket.
How do I clean it?
The removable parts separate easily. Wash them with warm soapy water after use, then allow everything to dry fully before adding treats again.
Is delivery tracked?
