Please note:

  • Returns/refunds are only approved for manufacturer or shipping defects.

  • We cannot accept returns for used items, damage caused after delivery, or change-of-mind.

  • Any defect must be supported with clear photo or video evidence.

How to Start a Return

Email us at furrvenience@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once submitted, please allow up to 14 days for our team to review your request and update you.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required

Important Notes

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Items lost or stolen after delivery

  • Wear and tear or misuse
