FurrVenience is an Australian-owned online retailer trading as FurrVenience and serving pet parents in Australia and New Zealand.
We started with the small, repeating moments that quietly eat your day—the forgotten water bottle on a hot walk, fur on a clean shirt, or litter tracked down the hallway five minutes after you swept. None of it is a crisis. All of it adds up. We thought pet care could feel calmer than that.
Our rule is simple: every product should make a real routine easier, cleaner or calmer. We would rather offer a useful tool than a shelf-filler.
How our online store works
We select products from third-party manufacturers and suppliers and use a direct-fulfilment model. Products are dispatched from China by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. FurrVenience does not hold stock or operate an Australian or New Zealand warehouse, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels. What we stand for
Practical picks, not shelf-fillers. If a product looks clever but does not solve a real daily annoyance, it does not make the cut.
Clear product information. We publish product-specific material and safety details, including claims such as BPA-free or food-grade, only where those specifications are supplied for the particular product. Always follow the product use and care instructions.
Clear customer policies. Tracked standard shipping is free across Australia and New Zealand with no minimum spend. Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty, unsafe or not-as-described items are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
