This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through the FurrVenience store (“Services”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING

Processing times may vary based on product availability and warehouse volume.

Estimated processing time is typically 1–3 business days, but this may vary.
We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak periods, holidays, or unexpected delays.
2. FULFILMENT BY THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PARTNERS
FurrVenience does not personally pack, ship, or handle products.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers and logistics partners (“Fulfilment Partners”).
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products are stored, handled, and shipped by independent third parties;

Fulfilment times, packaging quality, and carrier selection are controlled by those partners;

We are not liable for errors, delays, or damage caused by third-party carriers or fulfilment services.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Shipping delays

Misrouted packages
-
Customs issues
-
Warehouse handling mistakes
-
Packaging choices made by suppliers
We work only with trusted suppliers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery estimates vary depending on destination and warehouse location.
Typical estimated delivery times:

Australia: 7–18 business days

New Zealand: 8–20 business days

International destinations: Times vary depending on carrier and customs
These estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping times may be affected by customs, weather, courier delays, global logistics issues, and factors outside our control.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is shipped:

A tracking number may be provided (when available from the Fulfilment Partner);

Tracking updates may experience delays depending on the carrier;

Not all carriers update tracking in real time.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to appear after the order ships.
5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.
FurrVenience is not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses

Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence

Additional fees charged by carriers for address corrections
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, we may:

Re-ship the item at your expense, or
-
Cancel the order minus shipping costs
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Since shipping is managed by external carriers, FurrVenience is not liable for:

Packages lost in transit

Packages stolen after delivery confirmation

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external events

Mis-scanned tracking information

Delivery to wrong addresses by the carrier

Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.
Customers must contact the carrier directly for investigations or claims.
We will assist where possible, but we do not control carrier decisions or outcomes.
7. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If an item arrives damaged:

Customers must provide clear photo/video evidence within 7 days of delivery

Evidence must show that damage occurred in transit, not after use
We will review the claim and, if approved, follow our Refund & Return Policy.
Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper handling is not eligible.
8. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
This is normal for orders fulfilled by different suppliers.
9. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the item ordered, and current carrier rates.
Unless required by law, shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for:

FurrVenience is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by local authorities.
