Is the pump noisy?
The pump is designed to run quietly. Keep the water above the minimum line and clean hair or debris from the pump regularly.
How is it powered?
It runs from a low-voltage USB connection. Use a compatible USB power source and keep the connection dry.
How often do I replace the filter and clean it?
Replace the filter as directed and rinse the pump and bowl during regular refills. Wash removable parts in warm soapy water and let them dry before refilling.
Will my cat use it?
Many cats notice moving water, but every pet is different. Place the fountain on a familiar route and give your cat time to investigate.
Is it only for cats?
